About

I am a busy, working mom of two and an artist/crafter living in the United States.  By day, I work in education and in after school programs.  By night, I blog, craft and mom.  Somewhere in between, I try to cram more crafting here and there.  This is one of my blogs where I post about mostly crafting and knitting….pretty much on-the-go.

See me micro-blogging on tumblr.

See me tweeting on twitter.

See me what’s on my facebook.

See my shop on etsy.

Last, but not least, find me on ravelry.

Blog Disclosure: Some of the links in my posts are “affiliate links.” This means if you click on the link and purchase the item, I will receive an affiliate commission. While I do reviews of products I use or shops I frequent just for the fun of it, some posts are reviews of a product sent to me as a free sample. Regardless, I only recommend vendors, products or services I believe will add value to my readers and/or I use myself. To identify an affiliate link, just hover over the link to see if it has the word “affiliate” in it’s url address.

  1. Your blog is great. I love knitting and just finished a baby blanket for my daughter. She’ll be born in a few weeks. I’m following you and am looking forward for more news! Take care and thanks for sharing your knowledge! 😉

  2. I don’t knit but my wife does. She’s pretty darn good too (if you’ll excuse the pun).

But I remember watching a program recently where one young woman who was very good said she was not fussed about dropping stitches and making mistakes. It was all a part of the genuine creativity and the end product still functioned perfectly well. Her knits looked amazing!

I thought I would share this as I tend to be a perfectionist at times but it’s a good reminder that perfection can be found in the imperfect 😉

    Nice blog. Kim*
